Inside Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Outside Dhaka: Orders generally reach their destination within 3 to 5 business days.
Note: Since we source products from leading global manufacturers, some exclusive pre-order items may have specific shipping timelines, which will be clearly communicated during your purchase.

3. Shipping Charges

Dhaka City: Standard delivery fee of 80 BDT.
Outside Dhaka: Standard delivery fee of 120 BDT.
Free shipping may be available during special promotional periods or for orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking & Verification

Once your order is dispatched from our center, you will receive a tracking update via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience and security, we offer Cash on Delivery nationwide.
You can pay the full amount to the delivery agent only after receiving your package.
